The successful candidate will be responsible for generating and converting new business and managing the sales co-ordination for a variety of events.

Your contribution to the team includes:

General admin of all sales proposal, enquires and bookings
Using chase prompts to follow up
Show rounds and FAM trips
Converting business
Generating new ideas to help generate revenue to M&E
Upselling products to increase revenue
To be aware of all revenue departments in M&E department
Follow up calls & annual chase calls
Researching other venues for leads
Carry out extensive final details meeting
Producing correct function sheets
Communicating with the operational teams/chef for special requested
To work with other departments for new ideas
To cross sell to other BSL teams
What you need to be successful:

Proven telesales experience
Great verbal and written communication
Ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients
Excellent attention to detail
Desirable experience:

2 years experience of meeting & events sales co-ordination
Knowledge of Events 500
Hospitality operations experience
