– Job Role : B2B Marketing Database Executive
We are looking for a highly organised and motivated individual to join our fast-paced Customer Marketing team as a B2B Marketing Database Executive.
Working in this role you will collaborate with other members of the team on the B2B Sales and Service strategy focusing on hospitality and non-match-day.
Working with the team you will support with the planning of campaigns and be responsible for data segmentation, testing delivery and post campaign analysis of all B2B email campaigns.
You will be working with key technologies such as marketing automation to drive efficiency in the sales process and ensure the most effective leads are acquired and optimised for direct contact to maximise the use of the Sales team`s time and drive conversion.
Using a range of data you will produce dashboards, reports and insights which will drive business decisions, report on sales success, monitor customer satisfaction and improve targeting for campaigns.
You will be the first point of contact for all daily system admin, support and training for all users including guidance on best practice, data quality standard, and compliance with statutory regulations such as GDPR.
You will also collaborate with other departments across the Club to ensure all products and Docusign contacts are created and maintained within Salesforce available for the Sales team to send to clients.
We are looking for somebody who has previously worked in a similar role, is experienced in using CRM platform (ideally Salesforce), marketing automation and direct marketing in a B2B and B2C environment.
We would love to hear from people with a logical and methodical mindset with great attention to detail. You must be highly numerate with advanced Microsoft Excel skills to work with a very large and global database. You need to have the ability to interpret relational database structures. A good understanding of SQL and HTML is essential.
To be successful in this role you need to be comfortable working within a fast-paced environment and delivering to tight deadlines. We need somebody who can effectively prioritise their own workload and work independently. As this is a collaborative role you will need to have strong interpersonal skills.
The person working in this role will be working with other passionate people in the Customer Marketing team.
Terms and Conditions
This is a full time position working 35 hours per week from Monday to Friday.
Although you will work at different locations your main base will be in our modern office space in Liverpool City Centre close to local shops, bars and restaurants.
