Forest Green Rovers is a unique football club. About the role
•Responsible for the day to day management of the relevant academy phase
•Work with phase coaches to plan, deliver and evaluate sessions in accordance with the FGRFC Academy coaching philosophy and curriculum
•You will ensure that the training programme is clearly planned and executed to developed independent learners through individually assigned learning plans and session considerations.
•Evaluate coaching sessions documenting achievements of learning objectives and progress on each individual on the PMA system.
•Liaise with head of goalkeeping to maintain relationships with the goal keepers in the relevant phase.
•Link player performance reviews to the learning outcomes of the academy coaching programme and present these during player/parent review meetings as per club guidelines.
