Are you passionate about Disability Sports Coaching? Do you have excellent communication and organisational skills? Do you want to have a positive impact on the lives of people with any form of disability? If so, you could be the perfect candidate to join our disability coaching team.

We are currently recruiting experienced, enthusiastic and ambitious coaches to work across our football and sports programmes within the Lambeth, Merton, Hammersmith and Fulham, Kingston and Surrey areas.

We currently deliver a number of disability football and tennis activities, but we also offer PE and multisport programmes within SEN Departments and Special Schools, and have opportunities for coaches with qualifications and experience in sports including athletics, basketball, volleyball, as well as disability specific games such as boccia and goalball.

We are looking for coaches that share our values and can contribute to our aim of building better lives through sport. Ideally, you will have experience of working with young people with disabilities and be able to provide examples of when you have supported young people with Special Education Needs or disabilities to achieve better outcomes.

Majority of the coaching opportunities on offer will be after school and Saturday mornings during term time and school holidays camps, although we do also run activities throughout the school day and evening in schools, community centres, local parks and at our training ground.

If you come on board with us, you will have the opportunity to work alongside a high quality delivery team and benefit from a range of training and development opportunities, enabling you to continue to build your skills.

We strive to deliver service excellence in everything that we do and we set high standards for coaches delivering on our programmes.

In addition to the qualities listed above, you should have the following:

Experience of working with Children and Young people with Disabilities
Minimum NGB Level 1 Award
Safeguarding Children Certificate
Emergency First Aid
An Enhanced DBS check
