An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and energetic individual to join Fulham Football Club Foundation’s Adult Health Team. You will deliver, lead and support Adult Health activities, engaging with adults 18+.

With a focus on prevention, our health programmes address the wider elements of health, along with increasing participation in physical activity. Our activities range from working with adults living with dementia, mental health and social issues to individuals who want to address weight issues through our weight management courses.

We wish to recruit a qualified lead deliverer who has the drive and passion to deliver high quality sessions under the Fulham FC Foundation brand. You will deliver a range of activities and initiatives including our Walking Football programme, Fulham Fit, Sporting Memories, Active Minds and our Dads & Daughters programme.

We are especially interested in applicants with experience of working in the health and wellbeing sector. Candidates must hold a relevant sports qualification and preferably a personal training qualification (Minimum Reps L3) and Safeguarding and First Aid certification.

We are looking for a candidate that shares our values and can contribute to our aim of building better lives through sport. Ideally, you will have experience of working with a variety of ages and be able to provide examples of when you have supported people to improve their physical and or mental wellbeing.

These activities take place in Hammersmith & Fulham, Wandsworth, Merton, Kingston and Elmbridge.

You will have a first class work ethic and a forward thinking approach to ensure all programmes achieve their desired outcomes. You will also require an enhanced DBS.

A full, driving licence and access to a vehicle/ ability to travel independently is required.

The post will be fixed term, until August 2020, which could be extended depending on funding. This is a part-time post, delivering 20 hours per week.
