We are looking for a qualified and experienced Football Coach to join our Academy coaching team, and to lead on all operations of the Senior Professional Development Phase. The successful candidate will work closely with the Academy Manager, players/teams, and staff throughout the Academy, to assist in the operational delivery of the Academy Performance Plan within training and match days.

This is a significant role, in which you will play a key role in terms of Academy players’ personal and professional growth and development, including potential progression to the First Team.

Candidates must have a minimum of one year’s experience in a football coaching role, working with players age 16+, and must hold relevant coaching qualifications, up to and including the UEFA A Licence as a minimum.

We are looking for a team player who is passionate about individual player development within a team process, and who wants to lead and inspire young players to progress to the highest levels in football.

This role requires flexibility and a willingness to work non-standard hours in accordance with the needs of the Club. The successful candidate must also haven proven planning and organisational skills, and the ability to form positive relationships with all stakeholders.
