ROLE

We are recruiting for the role of Youth Content Producer who will have end to end responsibility for the delivery of editorial video content appropriate for youth audiences. The ideal person is a natural creative as part of this role will be to develop fresh and exciting ideas, scriptwriting, shoot management, and presentation, tailored for the target audience.

You will take adult facing content and reface for a youth-centric audience, alongside original content production.

A key part of this role is ensuring content is distributed & optimised via the best means possible to reach the right audiences and communities to drive reach and engagement across the relevant platforms – whether that be online or Social.

This is an exciting opportunity to develop and evolve the content identity, tone and presentation for an underserved audience. And proactively help lead publication strategies for youth content across the Club`s different digital platforms, based on analytics and on the Club`s strategic objectives flexing within a constantly changing digital landscape.

PERSON:

We would love to hear from you if you are a digital native with creative and technical knowledge of Digital publishing.

It is important you have good knowledge of Children`s media content and popular platforms alongside an understanding of football and how football clubs operate. Knowledge of Liverpool Football Club specifically would be great.

To make this role a success you will need to be highly organised which enables you to juggle several different projects at once whilst remaining clam and keeping your eye on the detail.

This is a collaborative role working with a number of different teams across the Club so we need somebody who can demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organisation.

TEAM

This role is part of the Youth Marketing team but will collaborate on a day to day basis with the Digital Media team.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

This is a permanent full-time position working 35 hours per week. You will need to be flexible and able to work a five from seven day shift pattern. Although you may be required to work from different locations from time to time, your main base will be our modern office space in Liverpool City Centre. The office is close to local cafes, bars, shops and restaurants.
