Tottenham Hotspur is a world famous football club based in North London. Off the pitch, the Club has a strong and successful business model centered around building a platform for long-term success, which will include a new world-class stadium.
The Club is searching for a Marketing Manager to support two key business units – our premium hospitality and venue hire departments. As the Marketing Manager you will be responsible for planning, delivering and embedding the marketing strategy to drive and generate sales leads.
Reporting into the Marketing Operations Manager, the successful candidate will enter an existing, collaborative team and will line manage a Marketing Executive.
All candidates should have significant marketing experience, particularly specialising in B2B marketing services. You should be able to demonstrate knowledge of Email Broadcast Systems and have worked across a variety of digital channels. They will hold either a professional marketing qualification or have comparable experience.

Plan and activate marketing strategy to generate sales leads for premium offerings
Lead on marketing strategy planning to generate sales leads for the Venue Hire (Conference & Events) business at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium
Plan strategy for providing marketing support for premium sales of Third Party Hire Events such as the NFL and concerts
Deliver effective marketing campaigns working closely with Comms, PR and Digital Teams along with our Catering Partner to ensure a fully integrated approach
Develop and implement a retention plan including a clear, tailored and structured customer communication strategy to existing clients as part of retention strategy
Present upgrade and cross-sell opportunities in a compelling way to ensure revenue is maximised e.g. meeting occupancy targets in stadium restaurants
Manage marketing activity to support sales targets for Club events e.g. golf days, dinners, VIP Away Trips
Support content update requirements in the Stadium Project Virtual Reality Suite (SPVRS) as part of the sales customer journey
Line management of one Marketing Executive
Provide regular reports showing success, ROI and learnings of marketing campaigns
Assisting with other marketing initiatives as business dictates

Skills & Experience
Educated to degree level and either have attained or are working towards a professional marketing qualification (CIM or IDM)
Minimum of four years’ experience in a B2B marketing services role preferably within the sports, entertainment or premium hospitality industries
Demonstrable knowledge of Email Broadcast Systems (e.g. Dotmailer, Exact Target)
Broad experience activating marketing campaigns across digital channels including PPC, programmatic, and social media
Proven experience of producing marketing reports
Line management experience
