The Club is searching for a Retail Marketing Executive on a one year fix term maternity cover to support the delivery of retail marketing campaigns and brand activation across all bricks-and-mortar Shops (Tottenham Experience, matchday and stadium concourse retail outlets, and external shops).
To assist the constant enhancement and improvement of the Club brand efforts while participating on commercially driven marketing initiatives within the Shops, especially Tottenham Experience.

Support Retail Marketing Manager on monitoring and executing the planned trading campaigns within the bricks-and-mortar shops.
Working alongside the retail digital marketing team in every campaign. Therefore, always aiming for an omnichannel approach for the activations.
Act as the main point of contact for creative agencies, suppliers (printers, fitters etc) and buying team regarding day-to-day activation requirements. Report formal feedback and hold meetings with agencies to ensure concept direction is on track and informing necessary stakeholders to ensure sign off.
Attend all campaigns photo/video shoots based on the trading calendar to ensure creative and brand direction while staying cohesive with the commercial strategy.
With the support of the Retail Marketing Manager, create an integrated plan to activate/advertise our Shops.
Support execution of Tottenham Experience retail events, whilst having an overview of the space’s activities full calendar. Acting as the main point of contact within the retail marketing team for other stakeholders of the Club.
Research and contact local events in regions where Spurs could be involved to promote stores in local areas. Contact and work with media agencies to increase awareness of promotions and in-store events.
Visit external shops and competitor stores to consider new ways of working and how we can adapt new installations, considering each store specific requirement.
Support store managers with signage and generic POS requests and organise logistics with print/installation teams.

Skills & Experience
Demonstrable marketing experience within a fast-paced environment (ideally from retail fashion and/or sports apparel industries)
Experience with stakeholder management for marketing campaign activation
Knowledge of visual merchandising and brand experience in physical spaces
Knowledge of the customer journey through bricks-and-mortar environment
A keen eye for design and ideally has the ability to use Photo Editing packages such as Photoshop
